Can I create & email invoices in bulk?
Yes, creating & emailing family invoices in bulk is a snap!
Here’s how it’s done:
1. Log into your My School Books account.
2. Click on “Families & Invoices” from the main menu on the left.
3. Select the “Invoice” tab and click on the green “+ New Invoices” button.
4. When the invoice pop-up appears, select all of the families you would like to generate an invoice for from the “Families” drop down list.
5. Fill in all relevant invoice details and click “Create“.
6. To email your invoices in bulk, simply select the checkboxes to the left of the invoices status and click on the yellow “Email” button.
7. Your invoices will be emailed in bulk and each family will receive there own customized invoice email.
