Sending an email using existing email templates is a snap!
To send an email using an existing template:
1. Log into your My School Books account.
2. Click on “Students” from the main menu on the left.
3. Using the checkboxes to the left of the student’s name, select all of the students you would like to email in bulk.
4. Click on the yellow “Email” button and choose “Select Students“, “Selected Parents” or “Selected Student + Parents“.
5. Click the “Envelope” icon from the “Email Toolbar” and select the desired template from the drop down.
6. Edit your email as needed.
7. When you are satisfied with your email, click “Send“.
