Auto-invoicing allows My School Books to automatically generate and email invoices to your family on a regular basis.

Here’s how to get started:

  1. Log into your My School Books account.
  2. Click “Families & Invoices” from the main menu.
  3. Select the families you wish to enable Auto-Invoicing for with the checkboxes on the left.
  4. Click “Auto-Invoicing > Enable Auto-Invoicing” a popup window will appear.
  5. Choose the settings that meet your schools needs.
  6. Click “OK” to save this change.

A few days before My School Books creates your invoices, you’ll get an email summary giving you a heads up. If you see any invoices that look incorrect, you can log into My School Books and fix those family’s accounts before the actual invoice is created.
