Partial makeup credits (0.5, 1.75, etc.) may be displayed if a student is issued a makeup credit for a lesson and has only made up part of that lesson time.
For example, if a student is issued a make-up credit for a 60-minute lesson, and then signs up (and receives) a 30-minute make-up lesson, their account will show 0.5 make-up credits remaining (because they only made up half of that original 60-minute lesson).
Tip: The amount of time allocated to one full make-up credit is determined by the student’s default lesson length. A student whose default lesson length is 30-minutes, receives 30-minutes of make-up time per make-up credit. A student whose default lesson time is 60-minutes receives 60-minutes of make-up time per make-up credit.
